Hi,

Yes all of the Cymatic Audio devices are using the same file system on the USB drive.
FAT32 64k allocation unit size (cluster size)
If you have a application on your computer which provides you an option to set 64k cluster size for FAT32 file system, in this case you can even format on your computer.
