The LP-16 can play back midi file which can include standard MIDI notes, sysex as well cc. The rest is depends on the receiver side, some of the light controllers are able to handle MIDI commands some of them are DMX only, for those devices you’ll need a MIDI to DMX converter.
But this is a difficult topic to answer because the device what you need to buy it will depends on your needs and budget as well.
