Hi Bob,

Yes the uTrack24 does support USB drives up to 16TB.
Do I understand that your USB drive is a 4TB drive? The uTrack24 during the format process takes the first partition from the USB drive. So if your USB drive previously had two partition, you need to make only one partition on the drive (using the disk utility tool on your computer) then reformat the drive with uTrack24.
Create content and transfer it to the the USB drive you’ll need to use uTool.
