I can try to reformat the drive on my PC using the disk management system and ensure it’s a single partition. But just to be clear this was a BRAND NEW DRIVE that I purchased solely for this purpose.

When I pulled it out of the box, my PC did see that it was a single partition 4 TB Drive (and so did my Mac). Without doing anything to the drive (other than connecting it to my computers to verify it was functional), I plugged it into the uTrack24. The uTrack24 came up with a message that the formatting was unsupported and would I like to format the Drive. I said yes which landed me where I am today. Any additional Guidance would be appreciated.

I’ll try to reformat the drive on my PC as a single Partition drive and start over.
