Hi Laszlo,

I deleted all partitions and created a single partition (I don’t thunk there were 2 partitions just unallocated space)

I formatted the drive using NTFS (Windows 10 no longer allowed you to format using FAT32)

I connected drive to uTrack24, it reported the unsupported file system and asked to reformat the drive. After reformatting I connect the drive to my Windows 10 PC and it reports a 2 TB drive with 2TB of unallocated space (see before and after screen shots below)

Any assistance is appreciated.
