That solved the problem… I closed 3 or 4 NI processes (first i overlooked one, and was quite frustrated, that it still did not work… but after force-quitting all the NI processes, it worked!)
1) Open ‘Activity Monitor’ app on Mac
2) Kill any ‘Native Instruments’ applications/processes running (I think mine was Native Access but not sure now can’t remember)
