Yes this will works.
Make sure the output file format from your Nuendo is standard PCM format (signed) 16/24bit; 44.1; 48; 88.2; 96kHz
Also make sure to use a decent USB drive for playback.
I suggest you to download the uTool, then try it out to create a song from your source files. This will explain to you how the uTool and the uTrack24 works. If you able to create and playback songs from your source files and you are able to playback in uTool this means the output file from uTool will works with uTrack24
