Still not clear what is this issue exactly. If you have a serious clocking issue most likely the recording should stop.
The error message on the uRemote means: “RecordingWriteError / Recording error! / Disk Write Error”
First of all I would try another drive as I see correctly in the logs you are using the same Hitachi drive all the time.
I looking forward for your feedback about your test with a different gear and with the different drive
