Is Cymatic Audio still working on this issue?
Meanwhile I was asked from Support to upload the 8GB disk image. The link I received was only for DOWNload. I told Support that I am not able to upload. But since then – total silence from Cymatic.
Because of this dissatisfying support situation (if Lazslo is not in, there is nearly no progress on calls!) we decided to workaround the situation with Mutes/No Mutes in Playlists by creating complete new multitracks without the tracks to mute.
But that is NOT what the device should be doing. So the problem is still there and the uTrack 24 is too expansive to just act as a multitrack player like an iPod
