Getting USB drives to work with uTrack24?

Thanks for reply. The manufacture is G Technology, G Tech e RAW, with this number on it 0G04105.

I did try to format on u24 and it would not complete either. My PC wouldn’t recognize the drive either, so thinking it may be faulty. I did connect a very old 16GB USB stick and it worked.

Do you have any other usb hard drive recommendations as an alternative. I going to work with sweetwater to swap, but going to buy another one local to do some recording with. Thanks.
