Headphone Output Problem?

Hi, nice to be able to contribute, as when i worked in Radio, headphones from 80-400 were used for testing across line (high level) rack….for protection.
Think you really need a pair at 8 Ohm or 16, never sure why manufacturers produce 80 Ohm h/phone unless its to protect our hearing, eh
