Input channel routing for uTrack-X32 card

I’m having the same problem. I formatted my external hard drive via the format option of uRemote. i record gigs by pushing the record button on the back of the card. I see the different takes of the recording. However, later when I try and playback the recording it does not play back. After importing the wav files via uTool into a folder and then importing the wav files into pro tools, I find that there is no audio. So, I must be recording silence. I don’t understand why I’m recording silence since my midas m32 board is connected properly to my DL16 snakes and I’m getting great signal and great sound during the gigs. In multitrack the files show the correct length of each recording but there is no audio.
