Thank you, Laszlo, for responding so quickly. I’ll check that again, and also I might add, when I was testing it, I wasn’t recording something at the loud volume I might be on a live recording, where, maybe I could see the difference better. My manual said it should be green, then yellow at -10 dB, then red at overload. In my opinion, the yellow should register lower, like maybe -18 dB instead of minus 10, so there would be more leeway. Maybe your team could look into that idea. The guys at sound on sound magazine, seemed to feel the same way about it. The saving grace for me, might be using the Uremote. I got it going on my tablet but the meters on the U remote said it was about -10, and seemed ok, not distorted, on the u-remote, but on the Utrack-24 itself, the led’s showed overloaded red. I wonder why there’s such a discrepancy there. Maybe you could look into that also. Thanks for your help. Marc Trainor
