LP-16 as Mac audio interface problem – grainy sound

What else application running on your MAC?
How long time it is take to get this state? The sound already has a problem right after you connect to the computer?
If you remove the USB cable then reconnect is that solve the problem temporarily?
It happens on any sample rate?
