as far as I know, that is not correct. I have been using Playlist Editor earlier and have upgraded to uTool without a problem on the side of playlists and so on.
uTool has quite a few quirks in its current version, but IMHO, importing playlists does not seem one of them.
By the way Cymatics, any news on the final dates for the uTool update yet?
