Can you please check the firmware version number on your LP-16?
When you turning on the LP-16 you can see a 4 or 5 digit number on the display this is the current firmware version on your device.
Probably it is already up to date?
You can try to connect the LP-16 to the PC, start the firmware updater, then turn it on the LP-16.
