This is very uncommon issue. Please contact with your distributor (the place where you bought the device) then ask a replacement device/PSU.

Do you have a chance to try with other PSU? Just to make sure the power supply broken not the device itself?
Usually this power supply connector are very common like routers etc using the same connector and voltage. You can try with 12V-15V min 1A power supply.”
