MIDI files containing SysEx data

Seriously….does any one know how to get this unit to work with the MIDI information while the tracks are playing? I wrote this message(above) about a few months ago and no response. I know the technicians are working on the U24Track to get the MIDI updates to work which I’m waiting on that too since I purchased that unit a while back. Any info would be great.
