Midi tempo

Yes this would really be a dream come true. At the moment I’m using a Midipal in my rack to send midi clock to all my gear. But then I always have change the tempo from song to song. If I could generate a midi track in Logic and then put it on the LP-16 then that would solve my problem and the midi clock would be set to every song that I run in the LP-16. Does anybody know how to do this in Logic…
