Hi,
Sorry for the inconvenience with the update. We realized that the file name was not matching with what the uTrack24 is expecting.
It has been changed on the website and should work now.
Of course you have already updated your device to 3474. If the USB drive has the same firmware(in the root drive) as the device, the update will not be prompted.
