no connection with Ipad 2

The uRemote can be used for remote control your uTrack-X32 card playback/recording functions from/to USB drive.
In interface mode (your case) there’s nothing to do with uRemote.
Using the uRemote:
You can use the iPad/Android devices with wifi connection.
If you need wired connection you can use Windows/OSX computers.

In interface mode using the Camera connection kit you can connect the uTrack-X32 to your iPad then you can use the device as an audio I/O interface (eg for Auria)
