“send to monitor” button for each track in mixer view

Thanks, Yeah, I Know, but that doesn’t fix my problem entirely.
I have the situation:
1. I want to be able to alter the level of out23-24 via the mixer for different click headphone amps, so settings NEEDS to be post-fader here.
2. I want everything else to be mixed and to go out MAIN OUT, post fader obviously, EXCEPT Track 23-24.

-> so I’d like to be able to exclude certain tracks from being routed to MAIN out, but still have the fader leveling the direct out.
