philippe hatstadtI will be using various mixers depending on the venue where my band plays live gigs.
By m odder, I mean “modified”. I bought a balanced DB25 to TRS snake and then proceeded to connect the tip and ring of all 8 TRS connectors so that the snake would work on any mixer’s insert point, as many mixers do not have direct outs.
I responded to your tech support email, but it seems that the uTrack24 may not work at all with unbalanced signal as you responded, in which case it is of no use to me and I will return it. I don’t doubt you but alas, before I return it, I will be testing my snake tonight to see if this is the case.
