I would like to split your error description to two part.
1. Recording dropouts –> Can we say that problem solved by formatting the drive?
Necessary to format the drive with uTrack-X32 because during formatting we are using 64k allocation unit size on the drive (compared to the standard 4k) which provide better performance for audio recording.
2. uTool crashing –> At the moment I can offer you two workaround until we release the new version where that problem are solved.
— Copy the recording to the local drive then import the recordings from this folder
If that does not solve the problem:
— Temporary use the uTool v1.1.47(stable) instead of the uTool v2.0.34(beta)
