uTool Mac OSX – Can’t export to USB drive

I have the same problem and my whole playlist is selected and I am using a brand new 16 G drive. I can export in directory, but when done this way files are not formatted correctly and they are 15unreadable by the player. There is clearly some sort of issue with the OSX software and firmware… Also I get an error message every time I try to update my firmware. Has anyone found a fix?
