Utrack24 record from insert points?

Hi
Utrack24 with moded dsub cables, recording from a mixer’s insert points vs LR-16 with standard TRS to TRS cables, recording from a mixer’s insert points. Is it the same, can the Utrack24 do the same job as the LR-16?

I wanth the Utrack24 to work on all my recording need’s: Direct out TRS, Direct out TS, Insert points, etc.
