You need to remove the USB drive from the front panel of uTrack24 before you connect to the computer.
Does the uTrack24 shows “USB interface mode” on their screen were you connect to the computer?17th November 2017 at 14:09 #29133

hi yes now its says usb interface mode but the driver doesnt install17th November 2017 at 14:34 #29136
I think this can happens because the uTrack24 not detected properly.
Please remove any other USB device from your computer (leave connected the mouse and keyboard only), reboot your pc start the driver installer and connect the uTrack24 to the computer were the driver installer ask you to do that.
If you have any other USB soundcard or webcam etc this must to be disconnected before you start the driver installer17th November 2017 at 14:34 #29137

On windows 7 (64 bit) systems you need to have a Windows6.1-KB3035131-x64 hotfix installed (this update must be installed first), then reboot the computer and install the Windows6.1-KB3033929-x64.
Reboot the pc again.
You could try to run the installer in administrative privileges. /right click on the driver; “Run as Administrator”/
