KeymasterHi Dirk,
Yes the current firmware release is 5000. At the moment we have no new firmware release to fix that issue with the AUX In.
Until we have new firmware available, could you please use this workaround?10th January 2019 at 12:44 #44169Dirk Schulz
Participant….oh, missunderstood. There is no new firmware for the AUX IN issue. Slaan Slaan had the former crackling noise problem. Anyway, I am still looking forward for the new firmware which also fixes the AUX IN issue.
regards

KeymasterHi Dirk,
With the v5000 firmware we have fixed a crackling noise which happened on some new revisions of mixing consoles which caused by some change in the mixing console hardware.
We will going to fix the AUX IN issue as well. But at the moment I cannot tell you ETA.27th January 2019 at 16:40 #44556Arnaldo Lopez
ParticipantToday I imported my first recording I did last night and all the audio has the same issues,… crackling noise all over and some spikes on one track. I recorded at 48khz with a brand new Behringer x32 compact. I hope there is a solution to this, else I’ll return the card soon.
Greetings,

KeymasterHi Arnaldo,
Are you sure your card updated to v5000 firmware?

ParticipantHi all.
After 4 live records without problems on the last firmware, here’s the last one :
https://owncloud.gdna.eu/index.php/s/bMG5DW9Gy42LwLJWhe can hear many dropout and crack. The record is unusable.
Something unusual : The long press did’nt work to stop the record.
I had to stop recording with the android app.Same disk : SSD 120GO. 48Khz. Last firmware.
Needless to say, this is extremely problematic. I can’t make any professional recordings.12th February 2019 at 05:23 #44892David Mattock
ParticipantI’ve used my X32 and Utrack 32 for the past year without issue and I just did a reset and updated the X32 to most recent firmware and at 48khz I got my first ever crackling recording. Really bad and totally unusable.
I am going to check all firmwares late this week to confirm the uTrack is using the most recent but this is a new problem for me. with all the exact same gear.
Only difference is that I have added gate, eq, compression and effects to each channel in my in-ears mix.

ParticipantHello,
is there already a date when we can expect a firmware update that will solve the existing AUX IN problem?
