I get uTrack 24 after first start everything work ok. Second time I plug in electricity, display show noting. It have light, but no letters. Any suggestions?

It work as Audio interface have sound.

To me this sounds an hardware related issue with the device.
As your device is a brand new device please get touch with the place where you bought the device and ask a replacement.
