Error Code 0x1f - Cymatic Audio

I’m currently trying to load the latest Firmware via USB connection using a PC, but for some reason its stopping mid point and displaying the above Error code?
Does anyone know of this being and existing problem or is it something i’m doing wrong ?

Hi Williams,
The uTrack shows any progress bar on the display when you start the updater?
Can you please try the network update method?

I have tried this method but the UTrack is constantly stuck in in Firmware Upgrade and states do not switch off! on the display.
I have turned it off after a few hours and it reboots with the same message?

Please try to repeat the update over the network.
If still not success please answer to my email what I sent you couple of minutes ago.
