Firmware update - Cymatic Audio

I downloaded the firmware update onto a 4 GB flash drive. I held the record button while placing it in the USB drive of the M32. It does not update the firmware.

Hi,
The drive must be formatted with uTrack-X32 first.
I suggest to use the drive what you regularly using with your device. If you do the same thing with regular USB HDD it should succeed.
