We have had two hardware issues with our Cymatic uTrack24 and have sent 3 emails to support for some help with it and have heard nothing back. Don’t particularly want to fill out the whole form again for no reply. Anyone here have a better way to contact someone at cymatic rather than filling out their contact forms that they appear to not answer?
It looks like we have some problem on the back-end where unfortunately some of the contact forms are not reaching us. We are working on fixing that problem asap. In the meantime you must have gotten a mail from support for further details.
A quick first scan unfortunately does not unveal a problem on the system at first sight.
Did you get a confirmation email when you sent the ticket (Thank you etc)?
