Help, a couple of issues - Cymatic Audio

My primary issue is that I am not getting playback. I have updated all firmware set my inputs to receive from card. I do have content on my card which has been verified through the uTool app. All i receive is digital static on channels 17-24. I have two consoles and two cards with the same issue (weird).
Something to note is that the image of the card that shows up on my m32 screen is of the original card and not the cymatic. I would think that image should change once installed.

To configure the playback channels, go to the console’s menu “Routing” / “Home”.
For example, to playback from USB harddisk to the mixing console’s local analog inputs, select “input 1-8” to “card 1-8”, and so on.
In your case please check that static noise still exist if you are changing the routing. Please try to set 1-8 channels to all places then check the noise again. If you have no noise you can try to set up the 17-24 to multiple places then check the noise again.
