    We have purchased ten units for our university and we have experienced issues with two of them. All are under warranty. And I posted this https://cymaticaudio.com/topic/display-backlight-and-button-led/ 2 weeks and 5 days ago. There is no answer.

    A week ago I sent an email to support through its support form. But again without answer.

    So, is this company ending its business? Do you have received any kind of support from them in the last two weeks?

    Thank you for your email and I am apologise for the delayed response, we had issue with the support ticketing system.

    The issue what you described to me it looks like hardware related issue, please get touch with the place where you bought your device and ask a replacement.
