ParticipantI have recently purchased an LP-16 and have managed to get it to work well as a stand alone device, but I need to be able to use it as a USB Interface on both Windows and Mac.
I started out with my Windows 10 machine and it won’t see the LP-16 as an interface at all despite the drivers being installed.
The Mac sees the unit and works fine playing audio from the system, but when I try to use it with my DAW, (Cubase) I get no output from the unit. I have checked the I/O configuration in Cubase and everything appears to be correct. The LP-16 appears to be communicating with the DAW as I can change sample rates etc from within the DAW, but no audio.
Any ideas?

KeymasterHi Neil.

How did you install the driver? The driver installation require a successful connection.
What do you see on the LP-16 display when it is connected to windows computer?
What do you see in the LP-16 mixer panel on windows? Is the green USB indicator is blinking or solid? On MAC if you open the “Audio and Midi settings” and you select the LP-16 CH17-18 as default output device do you hear the music in the LP-16 headphones out?
