    I noticed that lately most questions are not answered by Cymatic anymore.
    In the past, there was usually a reaction on questions by ‘Laszlo’, but it seems nowadays people with questions or problems are on their own.
    (Which is a bad thing for the popularity of the brand name…)
    What you get now, is that someone posts a problem and the reaction from other forum members is: “I have the same problem but I also didn’t find a solution.”
    So, come on Cymatic, people bought your products, so help them with an answer if there is a problem!

    TOTALLY Agree!!! I don’t know if you will find this helpful, but I have found Reddit to be a great alternative to Cymatic’s site. Unfortunately, Cymatic’s support page is practically useless, but I have found plenty of helpful souls over at Reddit who have a great wealth of knowledge of their products.
