ParticipantI purchased a an LP 16 on May 23rd for a new show. I prepared all my files carefully, used high quality USB flash drives, performed a firmware upgrade with no problem. I tested it for 3 weeks with the band at about 3 rehearsals with no problem. Yesterday, June 28th I went to do some more work, inserted my USB flash drive, it read the drive, but the Up and Down buttons were not functioning. I tried a brand new SanDisk USB flash…I could reach the menu from the menu button, but could not scroll down to the format option. I pressed the play button to see if the one song that loaded would play and it would not.
I called Sweetwater and we went through 2 more firmware update and nothing. So after 3 weeks I am now stuck with a brick. I reached out to tech support and heard nothing. Now I have to wait until July 18th for a replacement. This is ridiculous. I am extremely disappointed.
