ParticipantHey there,
I’m trying to send a MIDI track from the LP-16 to my Line6 HelixLT for snapshot changes, but I just can’t get it running without failing like 50% of the time. The MIDI track itself is fine because I tried to send it from Ableton (via USB) aswell and it worked out perfectly! But as soon as I send that exact same MIDI track from the LP-16, things go horribly wrong. CC69 with value 000 doesn’t get sent most of the time and at some points the LP-16 just seems to send random commands and makes my Helix go completely crazy and freeze. Please help!
I’m running the latest firmware on both devices.
Cheers!

ParticipantHey, Max, to troubleshoot the “random commands”, connect MIDI out to PC (with any MIDI-USB converter, I use Roland UM-ONE), play a song from LP-16 from US memory and run MIDI-OX to see what messages you are actually recieving. Then you might be much wiser. I bet there are some MIDI messages of your track that use the same MIDI channel as your Line6 or you have Line6 set to listen on all channels. Richard.
