What MIDI out channel is the LP 16 setup as – how does one change it??

When I did my “auto channel switching” for Kemper I just exported MIDI from Cubase.
That included the midi channels so I dont think the LP16 itself has its own MIDI channel.
It’s all about what you import, I think 🙂
But maybe Laszlo can clarify this! 🙂

Yup, that’s right, the LP-16 (as well uTrack24) just take the file as it is and plays out as it it exported from the DAW.
As the device has only one midi port all of the data will goes out on this single midi port.
