MIDI with SysEx-Data - Cymatic Audio

Hello!
I have a question about the Midi function. If SysEx-data is present in the Midi track, will it be sent when the track starts or when the track is loaded? I would like to be sent the program change commands for my device already while loading the track if that is possible.

Hi Miguel,
The device will sends out the midi commands once the playback started. During preloading the device sends out no data
