ParticipantSo I’m coming to grips with loading multitrack songs onto the recordings folder. From what I can tell, the LP-16 will stop playback at the end of the shortest file in the folder for the given song… is this correct? If so, might I suggest that you look at changing that so it doesn’t cut off the song before it ends? Rather have it stop automatically after the longest file instead. My files exported out of logic were unfortunately auto truncated when there is no more audio. detected for the given track.

ParticipantDear Cymatic-Team, I’ve got a similar problem:
Every Multitrack Song I’ve loaded (five MT Songs as Playlist through uTool) is cut off before the end: for instance, one song has a length of 6:40, and, although the wav-files have been bounced correctly from Logic to Removable Drive, the LP16 recognizes the song only with a length of 5:40- playing only 5:18 and cutting off the rest!
This is very disappointing, and although I think the Live Player LP 16 with its multitrack mode is a great idea, this kind of error is not acceptable and forces me to return the device to the music store. Please take care of the matter, at least for other users, thank you!
Best regards, Ruben

KeymasterDear Ruben,
Sorry to hear you experiencing problem with the LP-16.
I would like to ask you to check you already using the latest firmware release on your LP-16 (83859)-When you try to playback the song from the uTool that playing back the right length of the song?
-Unfortunately there’s one problem on the LP-16, if you try to use different length of tracks in the song, the playback will be stop at the shortest track length. We will solve this issu with the next firmware release.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.

ParticipantThat’s a pretty monumental bug. Bought it last minute for a run of festivals and we are now forced to return the product and look at alternatives. Very disappointing.
For the sake of other users, when is this firmware update due?

ParticipantHi all,
If you create multitrack songs for LP-16 using the uTool version 1.01, this problem is resolved. Since the new firmware version for LP-16 is not out there yet, you can use this alternative to get around the problem.
