    Hi, Set player on ST Mode… Created stereo playlist & songs in U TOOL.
    Exported files to Intenso flash drive FAT 32… All files play on PC OK..
    Inserted Flash drive into USB storage on LP16… Flash drive accepted and flashing etc…. Set LP16 to playlist.. Playlist comes up on screen…
    Pressed play for 1st song on setlist and Flash drive flashes but NO SOUND!
    No sound on headphones, no sound on speakers.. Both headphones and speakers work perfectly on PC. Can you help me with this problem, I could well have missed something.. Thanx in advance..

    Hi Pete,

    According to our email communication, most likely your device has some hardware issue. I suggest you to get touch with the place where you bought your device.
