When using the LP-16 to playback aa 16-channel file in USB standalone mode I am getting some kind of digital artefact/noise mixed into my files. Stereo tracks that I have copied directly onto the thumb drive are fine, it is only a problem with the multitrack files I have copied to the thumb drive using the uTool software.
Does anyone else have this problem and could tell me what I might be doing wrong?
I should also add that there is no noise/artefact in the audio quality when using the device as an audio interface.
Thank you.

KeymasterHi,
Please tell me what is the format of the source files to create multitrack songs.
Is that noise can be a distortion? If yes try to reduce the mixer levels in the uTool where you create a song4th January 2018 at 23:51 #29293Thembi
ParticipantThe source files are 16-channel .wav files I bounced from Reaper. 24-bit 48k.
The noise is not distortion. I’m not sure how to discribe it, but more like a soft whirring sound underneath the track.

KeymasterDo you hear the noise with the demo content?
