    Hi there,

I just installed the x32-card in my x32r-Mixer, formatted an external 120GB-USB-Drive (housed to a USB3-cox) and recorded 2h of a rehearsal.

After I imported the wavs, the first 16 tracks are corrupted for about 10 minutes (from about minute 15 to 25). Track 17-32 are fine during the complete recording.

Has anyone had a similar problem?
What can I do to solve this? Maybe return the card?

    Kind regards
    Andy

    Me again…

I did another live recording and the channels 17-32 suffer from noise…

Can this be a problem of the USB stick used? It’s a 64 GB USB 3.1 stick which was formatted directly before the recording…

    Kind regards
    Andy

    Hi Andy,

The uTrack-X32 does not support USB thumb drives for recording.
Please use a regular USB HDD for recording purpose, and please also make sure that you format the drive with uTrack-X32 before you start to record on the drive

    Update:

The Card was exchanged by the distributor, but the problem remains. I read about issues when using the aux inputs and that is exactly what I do for channel 17-22. Could THAT be the problem?

    Regards
    Andy
