ParticipantI like to know if anybody have the same problem like me. I make a Playlist with 15 songs. But when I try to play them, No. 1. No sound comes out .

ParticipantHi,
uTrack-24 only supports stereo songs with 16bit/24bit samples.
If you have a song with any other bit depth (for example 32 bit) , you will see this error.The solution for the problem would be to convert your stereo songs to 24 bit sample song.

BUT In know it have to be in Multitrack/ songs. because I need to have songs goes Auto from song 1 to next song.. I find out to make the first Playlist. with 15 songs. But when I try with nummer 2 Playlist. It comes up with error. I really like to have a Manual or Screnshot how to see how to do it. Your manual are really BAD, it not tell you enything. In my world your company are very fast to sell all this things, but you do not understand there are people f.eks here IN DENMARK. So please show me Step b step. how I work with Cymatic Utrack24. As I seen correctly now you have a problem with the playlist creation and the song levels
About the levels:
Please open uTool, go to the home tab select your song in the uTrack24/Multitrack songs/”Your song where you have a level problem” in the left window.
In the right window there’s a “mixer” option
Open the mixer then set up all faders to the same level.
Save the settings and close the mixer.About the playlist:
Please open uTool, go to the home tab select the uTrack24/Playlist in the left window
Click on the “new playlist” in the right window.
In the popup window left side is the place of your source files (multitrack songs) drag and drop the songs from the left window to the right.
Make sure the “start mode” in the right window set to “wait for button press” (as you requested to have this setting)
Save the playlist. Close the editorGo to the export window then select uTrack24 as target type
Select your playlist(s) in the left window
Select your USB drive (what you want to use with uTrack24) in the top part of right window
Click on the export
Connect the drive to the uTrack24. Hit the browser window on the front panel then select your playlist to load.There’s two settings in the uTrack24 menu what you need to check:
MENU/Playback/output atten. –> This is the place where you can attenuate the uTrack24 DB25 outputs globally
MENU/Playback/Multitack mode option/Outputs/Pre or Post fade: This is the place where you can enable to attenuate the DB25 outputs by mixer levels in uTool.11th April 2017 at 15:57 #28190ParticipantCan anyone tell me, if I have Stereo song on Multitrack. I like to have it all set for -4 db. . How can I do this ????????

Im sorry, bur I cannot find any MIXER. can you send me Sreenshot ?11th April 2017 at 16:25 #28196KeymasterEvery song has they own mixer parameters so you need to set mixer with the same levels for each song. But you can create mixer presets to easily recall the same settings for each song.

I will have songs from 1-2-3-4 and so on.. But I make songs so its only comes up on L and R. Stereo song. Because this is the only way I can have a Playlist, where every song change Auto to next song. And can I send you seen shot to you ?? if I can Where ?

If you want to edit the mixer levels please follow:Please open uTool, go to the “home tab” select your song in the uTrack24/Multitrack songs/”Your song where you want to change the level” in the left window.
In the right window there’s a “mixer” option11th April 2017 at 17:15 #28205ParticipantYes, I understand what you mean, But If I have song In Multitrack, I will have Song 1 on Ch. 1+2 and the next song on 3 + 4 and so on. How can Auto change from 1+2 too 3+4. and I only use Foodshift. Play. I like to be on on Stage and only use Foodshift. I do not want to go back to Utrack and change Chanal. Thats why I make songs In multitrack / Stereo. And here is that problen with output level change. from song one to number 2 song.

Just start to create a new multitrack song put your first song to the CH 1 and 2
Set the mixer save the song
Start to create a new multitrack song put your second stereo file to the CH1 and 2
Set the mixer save the song
Start to create a new multitrack song put your third stereo file to the CH1 and 2
Set the mixer save the song
and so on.Now you have a bunch of multitrack song where each song contains only one stereo file.
Create a new playlist with those multitrack songsDone

Please make sure if you save the mixer parameters in uTool then you re-export the song to the drive.
But if you want to attenuate all songs with -4dB you can do that from the uTrack24 menu as well.
