ParticipantHi
use the LP16 since a few Days, and have a problem I can´t solve. Create all MT-Track as in the manual, created a Playlist for this tracks.and export them to a external HDD. Play the MT with normal mode will work without any problem.
If I´m try to use the MT Playlist-mode he show me in the Display:
Block A “Playlistname”
S01 song.set
“pause sign” S02 song.set
If I push Select or Play I see on the top of the display a sandtimer for 2 Sek. and that´s it, nothing happend….
You have an Idea? Thanks for help…20th June 2016 at 16:22 #27153Laszlo
KeymasterHi schang,
Please send me the .set and .play files from your USB HDD (don’t need to send the wav files) to support@cymaticaudio.com address, I’ll get it back to you.

KeymasterHi,
I sent you answer in email.
But I can answer to you here as well.
I checked the files, that is a mistake from our side. In the new uTool release the LP-16 playlist function broken.
We fix this ASAP, the new version available hopefully today or lately tomorrow.
Until this you can use the old version, from our website (1.xxx)
Or you can fix the playlist manually if you open the Block A.play with text editor (eg notpad) you can fix the playlist really easy
Replace this
song.set
with this
YOUR_SONG_NAME
–> example:Amsterdam
Sorry for the inconveniences.

ParticipantEvening,
I’ve recently purchased the Cymatic Audio LP-16 and am having a large issue getting the Multi-Track playlists to export correctly. Everytime I export the Multitrack Songs & Multitrack Playlists it doesn’t work for the Playlist, just the songs. When I investigate further in ‘Edit Target’, I can see that my playlist shows the following (see attached image):
Song Count: 2
1. Song.Set (MISSING SONG)
.2 Song.Set (MISSING SONG)
Length: 10:48When I try and access the Playlist on my LP16 it shows the following:
SO1 Song.Set
Song Playback Failed
SO2 Song.Set
Song Playback FailedUnfortunately there is very little FAQ information available on the correct process, so i’ll just go step by step and if someone could tell me what im doing wrong that would be great.
Prerequisites:
1. Install uTool2 and Driver packs
2. Update LP16 Fireware
3. FORMAT USB to FAT32uTool2:
4. HOME>LP-16>MULTITRACK SONGS>NEW MULTITRACK SONG
Drag and Drop the WAV into the selected ‘Track Window’.
Click Enable Re-Sampling>Click Save
5. HOME>LP-16>MULTITRACK PLAYLISTS>NEW MULTITRACK PLAYLIST
Drag and Drop the Multitrack songs into the ‘Playlist Content’
Click Save
6. EXPORT>TARGET IS USB DRIVE (FAT32)
Select MultiTrack Playlist & Multitrack Songs
Click Export (uTool will then export successfully)As far as I can tell that is the entire process and I am still unable to access the Playlist on my LP-16, but I can access the songs.
Please help!!
Cheers,

ParticipantEvening Laszlo –
Thankyou very much for the prompt response (I’ve actually never had Support for a product answered so quickly!), I Will wait patently for the update.
Also, with this issue aside – very pleased with the LP16.
Do you know if there is a listed guide the the foot-switches? As I’ve tried two with a 1/4 jack which haven’t worked.

Keymaster@syxxstringmayhem
I moved your another message from the uTool topic to here, to keep the forum organized.Thank you.
There’s two different type of footswitch.
Latching and Non Latching (momentary) . We recommend to use the Non latching version, but the Latching version also works with our devices, but it need to push twice to start the operation.22nd June 2016 at 16:23 #27188Ralf
