    I just purchased a LR-16 and it only comes with the power adapter for European use. Does anyone know what is required to use the unit in the United States? Will it work with the just the plug adapter or do I need a converter?

    I have a LP-16 coming as well and I assume I will run into the same issue?

    Do I just need the US part of the cable and the converter box will handle the conversion?

    It is a universal power supply. You can replace the cable or use an adapter with no issues.
