ParticipantSo I’m having trouble for the LP-16 to send out MIDI signals.
I’ve made a long MIDI track, that is a long as the files for the BackTracks, and it seemed to work just fine on the first song and still does.
Just for reference, I’m using the LP-16’s MIDI function to change Patches on our Line 6 POD HD Pro’s, and it did work for one song. But all the others are still not changing.
When I then try to do it to all of our other songs, I can see that there’s a MIDI file attached to, but our POD’s are not changing patches.
All MIDI channels on them have been set accordingly, and I’ve tripple checked the program changes are for the right patches.I’ve tried deleting the tracks, and re-exporting, making new MIDI files, but I simply just can’t seem to find the solution.
Pleeeeaseee help meeeeee.
EDIT: Even though I’m certain that I’ve have hooked up a MIDI file to the tracks in uTool, it doesn’t seem to actually be present on the LP-16. Even though I’m actually exporting it with the MIDI file.

KeymasterHi
Please check the firmware on your device it need to be 83934 if not please update first.
In the uTool click on the “home” tab
Select the LP-16 then the “multitrack songs” and click on the “new multitrack song” at the right tab
In the popup window left tab browse your audio files, then drag and drop to the right side
open your midi file at the right side
Save the song, close the editor
Click on the export tab, make sure the LP-16 selected as target device
Select the song what you created before at the left side
Select your USB drive at the right window, click on the exportConnect the drive to your LP-16 then play back the song
Please let me know if does not working

ParticipantHello,
did you find the problem ??
I have exactly the same problem with a Utrack 24…
exporting a multitrack song with a midi file that contains program changes for the guitarist effects…
before cymatic it was played with a Logic pro and was perfect. the first song I did was fine exept that I coudn’t export the song at once with the midi file… I had to export on the usb key the audio files first and than the midi file… It worked for the first song but not the others.uTrack 24 firmwire : 3474
uTool software : V2.0.034 Beta22nd February 2017 at 11:15 #28055Laszlo
