    Could someone help me with the Cymatic software please…when I export to a USB the songs go on but not in the playlist…I have some songs in the playlist but can not add to it? Every time I do a new song I have to format the usb and export all the songs again as I am unable to add to it?
    It’s really buggy and overcomplicated. Is there an alternative way of getting the songs onto the USB?
    It also does not back up, the the Audio file is empty – there’s no back up option?
    Hope someone can help… the support from Cymatic is really poor.

    Hi Andy,

    When you have the ‘Export’ tab you need to select all the items you want to export. This means you have to select the tracks under ‘Multitrack songs’ and also the ones under ‘Playlists’. If you select a playlist to be exported uTool automatically selects all the multitrack songs on it as well.

    Did you do this?
    I do this all the time and it should be really simple.
    Creating a new song, add it to a playlist (new or existing one) en select them at the ‘Export’ tab and it updates the USB drive.
