Provide a mechanism to cycle through playlist through footswitch

Hey all. So, as an idea, it would be very handy to cycle through the current playlist on the uTrack24 via footswitch presses. As an example:

Play: 1 momentary footswitch press in a 2 second window
Next: 2 momentary footswitch presses in a 2 second window, won’t interrupt current playback
Previous: 3 momentary footswitch presses in a 2 second window, won’t interrupt current playback
Stop: 4 momentary footswitch presses in a 2 second window, will interrupt current playback

The window for these presses could be configurable as well.

This might be hard to execute for somebody with an actual footswitch, but, somebody who automated footswitch presses via some other method (like me) could get a lot of mileage out of this, and it would be nice not to have to rely on a wireless network connection to perform some of these actions.
